Bolognaise sauce is a fully prepared refrigerated pasta sauce ready to reheat and serve product. The product is prepared with mince meat, onion, carrot, garlic, wine and seasonings. The product may be matched with a pasta or topping a lasagne.

The product is shipped via a specially developed store-to-door delivery system and is intended to be refrigerated throughout the duration of its shelf life.

The recommended shelf life of this product is 35 days under refrigerated conditions of below 4°Celsius.
