Marinated Chilli Chicken is a fully prepared refrigerated marinated skinless boneless chicken thigh fillet. The product is prepared with chicken thigh fillet roasted and marinated in balsamic vinegar, wine, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce and seasonings. The product is to be cut into strips, warmed and then placed onto a salad base.
