Meat Filled Pastas

The Meat Filled Pastas are made from a beef mince, onion, carrot, wine and seasonings. The mixture is extruded with the pasta shell from the machine at >10°Celsius.

preservation method

Cold filled to >10°Celsius. Cold storage.

The product is proportioned into 2kg heat sealed polyethylene bags and packaged in a cardboard outer (8 bags per box).

The product is shipped via a specially developed store-to-door delivery system and is intended to be refrigerated throughout the duration of its shelf life.
