Minestrone Soup is a fully prepared, refrigerated, ready to reheat and serve product. The product is prepared with approximately 1cm diced vegetables simmered to 95°Celsius and then seasoning is added for the final taste. Finished product ph is 5+0.2.
The product is proportioned into 2kg heat sealed polyethylene bags and packaged in a cardboard outer (3 bags per box).

The product is shipped via a specially developed store-to-door delivery system and is intended to be refrigerated throughout the duration of its shelf life.

The intended customer is the general public excluding infants, toddlers and those with medical complications which would preclude consumption.
