Monte Carlo

Monte Carlo is a rich and gentle recipe of chicken pieces, onion, wine and seasoning simmered to 95°Celsius. The product is prepared with approximately 1cm diced chicken pieces, sliced onion, flour, wine and seasoning which is mixed with our panna and then tossed with a desired pasta.

preservation method

Cold storage. To be hot filled at no less than 85°Celsius into polyethylene bags.

type of packing

The product is proportioned into 2kg heat sealed polyethylene bags and packaged in a cardboard outer (5 bags per box).

Label Instruction

PKD date affixed on plastic bag. Label affixed on cardboard outer inclusive of use by date, store below 4°Celsius.

Method of Distribution

The product is shipped via a specially developed store-to-door delivery system and is intended to be refrigerated throughout the duration of its shelf life.

Shelf Life

The recommended shelf life of this product is 35 days under refrigerated conditions of below 4°Celsius.

The intended customer is the general public excluding infants, toddlers and those with medical complications which would preclude consumption.
