Puttanesca Mix

description

The product is a refrigerated pasta sauce base which is mixed with our traditional Napoli Sauce and then accompanied with a desired pasta. Puttanesca Mix is a mediterranean mix of sliced olives, crushed garlic, diced anchovies mixed in olive oil and then herbs and seasoning added.

The product is proportioned into 1kg heat sealed polyethylene bags and packaged in a cardboard outer (6 bags per box).

Packaged date affixed on plastic bag. Label affixed on cardboard outer inclusive of use by date, store below 4°Celsius.

The product is shipped via a specially developed store-to-door delivery system and is intended to be refrigerated throughout the duration of its shelf life.

The recommended shelf life of this product is 35 days under refrigerated conditions of below 4°Celsius.

intended customer

The intended customer is the general public excluding infants, toddlers and those with medical complications which would preclude consumption.
