description

Smilzata is a fully prepared refrigerated pasta sauce condiment. The product is composed of minced veal, garlic, onion, wine and seasonings. All products are married together and brought to 95°Celsius. The intended use for the smilzata is for the product to be sauteed with other condiments and served as a pasta sauce.

preservation method

Hot filled not less than 80°Celsius. Cold storage.

The product is proportioned into 1kg heat sealed polyethylene bags.

Packaged date affixed on plastic bag. Label affixed on cardboard outer inclusive of use by date, store below 4°Celsius.

method of distribution

The product is shipped via a specially developed store-to-door delivery system and is intended to be refrigerated throughout the duration of its shelf life.

shelf life

The recommended shelf life of this product is 35 days under refrigerated conditions of below 4°Celsius.

intended customer

The intended customer is the general public excluding infants, toddlers and those with medical complications which would preclude consumption.
