The unfilled Pastas are made from flour, semolina, whole eggs which are mixed together to form a dough. The mixture is then extruded through various dies to form various shapes. The shapes are blanched to <95°Celsius and chilled to <10°Celsuis.
The product is proportioned into heat sealed polyethylene bags ranging from 3.3 kg to 4 kg bags and packaged in cardboard outer (4 bags per box).

The product is shipped via a specially developed store-to-door delivery system and is intended to be refrigerated throughout the duration of its shelf life.
